Implement slots and dates fields side-by-side on event form

This issue has a blocker of the PR #197, if we finish this berfore the PR we can deliver without the event_date and open a new issue for that field.

Sure it is! But there is the blocking from the other issue okay? I think we can work on the Slots and Due Date field for now.

the Slots represent the number of talks that will be accepted after the call for papers and the Due Date is when the call for papers will close.

I think that you need just to adjust the order: Slots, Due Date and Event Date
