Redesign Site

We are moving foward with the Speakerfight and the Site needs to go with them. Our new Value Proposition is:

The Easier way to choose the best talks.

Hi, I'd like to start contributing to the project and this is one of the things I can help with. Is the redesign for the homepage only or the entire app? Are there any guidelines on the style?should it look like twilio, github, stripe or any other site? is it supposed to be minimalistic, modern, classic?

Another thing, I think that the value proposition will be greatly improved if you consider changing it to "The easiest way of choosing the best talks " or "The easy way to choose the best talks".
