Ability to add new users

If this project would have the ability to add users in a tree, it could replace the old phpldapadmin and LDAP-Account-Manager in a lot of day-to-day use-cases.

For now, we suggest using Fusion Directory for account management (https://www.fusiondirectory.org/)

This feature could be integrated in Service Desk in a while. See also #28

Thanks for your answer! I know that fusion-directory can do all that and a lot more, but it's more tricky to set up (Currently I'm struggling with the container) and a big issue is, that it needs to insert additional LDAP schemes onto the tree.
