Tint stuck on default color after Reset?

Open apjanke opened this issue 9 years ago • 1 comments

The White tint color seems stuck on the default red for me after hitting Reset.

This is Tranquility version 1.1.2 on OS X 10.9.5.

I installed Tranquility for the first time today. I turned on the Tint Colors, double-clicked the "White ", and changed it to a pale yellow using the round color space selector. After trying several different colors, selecting both while in Day mode and in Night mode with the tint activated (for instant preview), I accidentally hit the Reset button, while the color picker dialog was still up. (I think this was during night mode.) After that, selecting new colors with the color picker had no effect, and it was stuck on the default red tint. Restarting Tranquility and toggling Tint Colors off and back on didn't seem to have any effect.

Here's what ~/Library/Preferences/com.lorenzoswank.tranquility.plist looked like after it got stuck.

Deleting that file, and deleting that file and restarting the machine, didn't fix it.

BTW, I ended up using Tranquility for a few hours last night, and it was really pleasant. A very nice successor to Nocturne! This is going in my standard Mac setup.
