HTML encoded characters in the transcript

Plugin version 0.9.2

Describe the bug The transcript displays quotes as ", instead of as ".

This seems to be due to HTML encoding, so other characters may also be encoded, such as &.

Expected behavior The transcript should display quotes as ".

Additional context Because there is punctuation in the transcript, the transcript seems to be not auto-generated.
