Lock First Tab

Is there a way to lock the first tab, but also so it won't move at all. Even if you drag another tab to the left of it.

This would probably be best be served with a fork of this project. It's a pretty specific requirement that would require quite a bit of reworking of the drag and drop logic to accomplish. If someone would like to take this on or investigate this, I'd be happy to take a pull request.
