删除网站和数据库后，无法重新安装，提示账号重复

在利用宝塔面板建立好图床后，然后删除网站和对应的数据库，选择重新建立

但是按照同样的步骤，在输入管理员账号邮箱和密码后，却弹出以下代码提醒错误。

进数据库确认一下数据库是否是空的，没有任何表结构。

您好，我进入到phpmyadmin里面看，img下面没有表结构,

然后我又把数据库删除了重新建网站和数据库，现在错误代码变了，提示如下：

已经确定回收站里面的数据库也已经删除了。

而且可以确定，如果新建的数据库不是原来的“img”命名，是可以成功建立、安装成功的。这是什么原因呢？
