os: Windows

I just intall cargo install lsd but stuck when call lsd after install.

it give users a bad first experience

after 1 years, the command outputs:

❯ lsd
lsd: .\ModifiableWindowsApps: 访问控制列表(ACL)结构无效。 (os error 1336).
