icon theme may support icons by regex

after https://github.com/Peltoche/lsd/pull/707 merged, we have icon themes, maybe we should support icons by regex.

#726 have to be split by dot ., and also maybe an example like this would make more sense:

*.tar.*: icon set all xx.tar.gz, xxx.tar.xz etc. to use a tar file icon

One concern that I have with this is that this will mean that we will be able to target more specifically for icons compared to colors which might be confusing. Unless there is a strong need for this, I think we should stick to the current capabilities.
