Unusable scroll bar and white font in the notification section

Describe the bug

The notification area provides a scroll bar that is unusable. Also, the notification becomes unreadable when I move out of the screen.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to Notification tab
  2. Scroll down and try to use the scrollbar
  3. Remove the focus of the current window -> move your mouse outside of the window
  4. See the issues (video)

Expected behavior

The text should still be readable.

Are sure, it is related to a PR, that adds a github workflow for staling PRs? 😅

Not really, the unusable scrollbar is not part of the other issue.

This issue does not occur with me. Could you elaborate on how I can reproduce it?
