Is your feature request related to a problem?

When assessing modelling exercises with general feedback assessment blocks you always have to click add new feedback before you can drag the assessment block there. This only adds one unnecessary step to the process.

Describe the solution you'd like

You can drag assessment instructions on the "Add new Feedback" button and then the assesment instruction get's added as a new Feedback on the bottom of the page.
