Request: Item Level limit on Loot toasts

It would be nice if you could set a min. ILVL for the loot toast to pop up. For example, when I'm farming transmogs, I'd love to get the appearance collected toasts, but not the epic items. But I do want the epic item toasts when doing high end content. So being able to set a minimum ilvl to show the toasts would be nice.

Hi! I'm not sure about adding the ilvl filter because ilvls can be all over the place, sometimes API returns incorrect values, sometimes items are set to ilvl 1, etc.

I could potentially add a toggle to only show toasts for gear (weapons and armour) that's from the current expansion. It should be more reliable at least nowadays.

It'll be added with the next update that should go live next week.

It's enabled by default to preserve the current behaviour, but if you disable it, it'll show toasts only for the current expac's equipment.
