Custom ID through web interface

Links allows creating custom IDs through the CLI, but not the web interface. it would be ideal if the latter is possible too.

There are inconsistencies with the methods.

The web interface allows shortening links with an encryption phrase The CLI allows shortening links with a custom ID, but NO support for encryption The API allows shortening links with an encryption phrase, but no custom ID.

I'd be neat if all the methods had the same features.
