It stopped working as far as I know, pease try to update, it looks like an amazing extension but it's not working anymore. There is a migration guide here: https://developer.chrome.com/blog/mv2-transition/
Unfortunately file modularization is not supported at this point, all the commands need to reside in a single Makefile. There is currently no logic to load other Makefiles.
