App will not load
I start the app, app won't load and just shows me the icon or either a black screen. I am on 2.9.0 pre-release 2.
Uninstalling and reinstalling fixes it, but only for a few hours. Reinstalling from the APK without uninstalling it results in a black screen on startup instead of the icon. Removing permissions and starting results in the app asking for permissions but still being stuck on load.
Clearing cache won't fix it, and neither will restarting my phone after it happens. Tried the back button on my phone just to see, and there's no response. I also attempted to tap anywhere to see if any menus would show up. The result was no response.
Going back to the app after a bit of letting it run in the background results in a black screen with no icon. There is also a suspicious amount on lag on my phone when letting it run in the background that stops when I force stop it or close the app out of my background apps.
I am having the same problems, i re installed the app but it would just happen again in a mere of time
I manage to test some things, i think what brokens the app is the amount of mangas you load, i add like, 6 series of manga (just 1 volume per one) and it didn't open again.
I correct myself, it happens when you change the portrait of some mangas (idk what happens) but basically that glitches it.
Weird. I've never changed the portraits of any manga. I don't even use it to read manga, only LNs, and only recently started using the website feature.
Nothing of that sort happens to me and I read a lot of LNs, have a ton of dictionaries, learn both English and Japanese, use the browser feature and I'm on latest version. Someone named avc once mentioned that latest version is really buggy. So maybe that's causing the issue for you guys? Try downgrading?
