Remember external subtitle selection and time

Upon exiting local video files in the current version of the app, the eternal subtitle that is loaded and its corresponding re-timing information is lost. It would be a nice feature if the external subtitle was loaded when reopening the video with its custom timing.

I will try to implement this, altho it will probably take some time.

Also there is an "Apply" button next to the "Set" button which can be used to set a global re-timing, it may be what you are looking for.
