Add Dsk -> Hfe Gotek USB Floppy image export

Add automatic export DSK file to HFE file for using in Gotek USB floppy emulator.

Using https://github.com/jfdelnero/HxCFloppyEmulator_software for DSK to HFE conversion.

Thank you @kletellier for this feature. I'm reviewing it for inclusion in the master branch. Will need to test it on Windows/Linux/OSX before including it. I'm also noticing original authors to add them in the credits as they wanted.

i've found an issue, after compiling on cygwin hfe converter tool has exe extension but not in unix ...

Don't worry about that, @kletellier. We already know this behaviour, as it happens by default. It can be easily solved :)
