Issues before v0.13 release

• [ ] Tag, dates, file type filtering compete for URL
• [x] Archives seem to be missing readability files
• [x] Archives singlefile fails
• [x] Logging needs to be set to info by default
• [x] Input clear buttons don't always work
• [ ] Logging does not change
• [ ] Tags do not apply to duplicate Archive when downloading
• [ ] Hiding directory does not work with multiple processes.
