QoL Suggestions

1. It would be nice if you could add an option to the mackup list command to filter the output based on what's locally available, rather than the entire list. - Installed applications, local configuration files, etc...
   • Could be -i for installed: mackup -i list
   • Or even -l for local: mackup -l list
2. It would be nice if we could also filter it by what's been added to the [applications_to_ignore] section of .mackup.cfg for the sake of pre-backup troubleshooting.
   • This would allow users to easily check if their [applications_to_ignore] section is being properly interpreted.
3. It would be nice if paths could be added to the [applications_to_ignore] or a similar section.
   • Allowing the user to backup most information from a supported application while ignoring a specific file/folder.
