I had my music library linked into my mpd config folder and Mackup copied over 170 gigs of music. Maybe I had a non-standard mpd install.

I'm not sure what the suggestion is, but maybe a confirmation before copying some large amount of files? Like "did you mean to backup up xx GB of data here or should mackup skip for now?"
