capture-one.cfg potentially copies very large backup folder

The default path for the Backups folder in Capture One is also Library/Application Support/Capture One which depending on the size of the Capture One Catalogues can be easily 5gb and more.

The Batch Queue folders contain images as well and can also grow in size.
