Add support for custom shopify domains

Right now, it doesn't generate auth url for custom domains like xyz.com or demo.xyz.com. Pushed the change to cover those cases.

The documentation specifies to use the {shop}.myshopify.com domain. See https://shopify.dev/tutorials/authenticate-with-oauth#step-2-ask-for-permission

You are absolutely right @lpinca. Some merchants put their custom domains when logging into apps.
