Version 0.25.0 of `dfa_reporting` is missing on hex.pm

This [commit](https://github.com/googleapis/elixir-google-api/commit/0ed79e081f774b44c8e6fa0e75b49b8c5a976c88) generates version `0.25.0` of the "DFA reporting" client, but it's not available on [hex.pm](https://hex.pm/packages/google_api_dfa_reporting).
