Does not work on Fedora Silverblue with default mountpoint "/cpusets"

On Fedora Silverblue, cset simply doesn't work in its default configuration. Attempting to use it fails with the vague error message: cset: **> [Errno 1] Operation not permitted: '/cpusets'. This is presumably because much of the filesystem is mounted as read-only on Fedora Silverblue.

The documentation mentions that a configuration file can be created to use the more traditional /dev/cpusets mountpoint. Doing this solves the issue on Fedora Silverblue.

I wonder why /dev/cpusets isn't the default then? As the documentation says already, it's a more traditional location for it. It seems it's also more compatible across distros.
