How to re-cluster in each group for DEGpattern?

Dear DEGreport developers,

Thanks for developing this very helpful tool. I have a question regarding the DEGpattern function. In the figure below, it seems like you can sub-divided the group 1 cluster to two groups, one is up-down and the other is down-down from 24hr to 120hr in POS group. But I am not sure, how should I do it, any suggestions would be appreciated! image
