feat: add prefixes in batches for renaming

网盘经常有剧集只有文件夹是剧名，里面的都是数字集数，导致每次下载都无法自动刮削，于是增加了这个批量添加前缀功能。 

没有下载任务，怎么占用带宽？下载完的任务会自动做种？
