Bit files
Can I use these lowrisc-nexys4ddr bit files for genesys2 fpga board as it is? If yes then how can I use that or any modifications are needed?
Bit files are specific to the board, you can only use this file on a no nexys4ddr board. This project is quite out of date now, I recommend :
https://github.com/eugene-tarassov/vivado-risc-v [vivado-risc-v.png] eugene-tarassov/vivado-risc-v: Xilinx Vivado block designs for FPGA RISC-V SoC running Debian Linux distrohttps://github.com/eugene-tarassov/vivado-risc-v github.comhttps://github.com/eugene-tarassov/vivado-risc-v
Instead, which has all the latest download locations and multi core support and performance improvements.
If you want to use Genesys board you need the license voucher that comes with it.
Alternately you can try the bitstream from here:
https://github.com/eugene-tarassov/vivado-risc-v/releases/download/v3.6.0/riscv-genesys2.bit github.comhttps://github.com/eugene-tarassov/vivado-risc-v/releases/download/v3.6.0/riscv-genesys2.bit [X]https://github.com/eugene-tarassov/vivado-risc-v/releases/download/v3.6.0/riscv-genesys2.bit
You also need an operating system from the same source to achieve anything useful.
