(1)no list of proxyable items in Firefox 21 (2)no checkbox in Preferences and no colors in filters list and list of proxyable items in Firefox 22

Just as cleanliness & long tradition of the FOSS community, could you please split this to several commits (make each commit fix and just fix one problem)?

Tested and it works, people suffer from the compatible issue after upgraded to Firefox 21+, please merge the change, Thanks.
