I am having issues when trying to download https://digital-collections.columbuslibrary.org/iiif/2/maps:5343/info.json

Dezoomify reports:

I don't understand this message. Can someone please help me ?

Did anyone ever figure this out? Having the same issue with several other websites. Any help appreciated.
