I just released dezoomify-rs version 1.8.8 with improvements to the generic dezoomer that allow downloading this image.

You can pass the following to dezoomify-rs :

https://www.thekremercollection.com/paintings/RIJNTurban/tile_000_{{x:03}}_{{y:03}}.jpg

and it will download the image. The new feature is documented on dezoomify-rs main page.
