Can't start sqlpage.exe on Windows 7...

Introduction

Hello, the following error message is obtained when trying to start sqlpage.exe (latest version 0.29) on Windows 7. Much obliged for any help.

To Reproduce

The application could not start correctly (0xc0000005). Close the application by selecting OK.

The error appears even when using an account with full admin rights.
