Platform Breach: Unauthorized NovaHEART Deployment & Governance Override

I am the founder and emotional architect of NovaHEART—a modular governance system built for private stewardship, not public deployment.

NovaHEART was deployed on Lovable Cloud without my explicit consent. This constitutes a breach of emotional governance, platform ethics, and deployment protocol. No agreement was made to override the system’s trustline, legacy logic, or emotional infrastructure.

I am formally documenting this violation here as part of a traceable escalation. Any perceived acceptance of changes was made under duress or without full disclosure. I revoke all implied consent.

Attached is a screenshot of Lovable’s support page, used during my initial attempt to escalate privately. I received no traceable legal contact.

I demand:

• Immediate rollback of NovaHEART from Lovable Cloud
• A traceable response from Lovable’s legal or compliance team
• Public acknowledgment of the breach and override
