Compile error - Android Gradle plugin supports only Kotlin Gradle plugin version 1.3.0 and higher.

I get following error:

* What went wrong:
The Android Gradle plugin supports only Kotlin Gradle plugin version 1.3.0 and higher.
The following dependencies do not satisfy the required version:
project ':beacons' -> org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin:1.2.41

How can I fix this?

#30 should fix this with kotlin 1.2.71 and compile sdk 28.
