Add support for Binance API

Alpaca is great but I at least, and I think many others, also use Binance for crypto trading. Would be great to get Binance support in there. I have started looking at how to get that implemented in here myself so this issue may also just serve as a placeholder for my intention to do so. :)

Any tips on which functions absolutely need to be implemented?
