I'm going to be limited on the time i can spend on this project, so I think this is a good idea. I'll look to add some guidelines for development soon.

Is there anything specific you think would be wise to add? Any questions about the library etc.

Maybe updating to the latest library for Lightweight Charts. There are a lot of improvements.
