Actually in uptime-kuma it's possible to add groups in the status page. It will be nice if it can also be added sub groups for a better overview (eg. one sub group for dev machines, another sub group for testing machines etc...).

✔️ Solution

Have another button in the status page that allows to add one or more sub groups (child of the main group).
