We run multiple RADIUS services in containers. Each RADIUS instance is assigned a unique port. However, it's not possible to enter a port number in the RADIUS hostname field of Uptime Kuma

✔️ Solution

Allow users to define the UDP Port that Uptime Kuma tests rather than statically assuming all RADIUS servers run on the default port of 1812 by exposing a new field in the RADIUS probe for port number, similar to the TCP port monitor.

❓ Alternatives

Alternatively, allow the user to specify the RADIUS port in the hostname field as IP:Port. E.G. 1.2.3.4:5678
