I need to reduce the time to only 5 seconds

I tried these two methods and it didn't work for me, I did everything as described, but it failed

Is there a way to lower that threshold? I'm trying to monitor short outages where a heartbeat frequency of once every 20 seconds is too slow.

Oh man yes! I was just looking to change this to atleast 10 seconds but it wouldnt let me.. Hopefully this gets done soon..
