I don't know if it's good as there is literally some word like "steam" to "vapeur" (it's a company !)

No such list exists. You just have to use your judgement and common sense to figure out which ones to translate and which ones not to. In general company names are not translated unless the company themselves translate there name.
How can create image for deploy in docker with new translated strings?
