@frederikhors It's been 5 years since the last update and 3 years since the author added a note on README.md that says he won't accept PRs except for bugs (but he hasn't even done that).

So, I guess you are better off with any of the forks.

There was a long discussion a couple of years ago. Myself and another made a typescript version of the project. Currently I am updating the dependencies and will push a new version some time this year.

We also looked at pull requests for the current project and added some into the new one. Tedb
