Remove usage of Gnome Location Services

Currently Tuner tries to resolve the current location of the user on startup to display a selection with the users country.

This doesn't seem to work in Flatpak and I also don't like this feature anyway. Instead the user could choose their country (or any country) to display a selection with stations from that country.

This would help to get rid of two dependencies:

  • libgeoclue-2.0
  • geocode-glib-1.0

And also indirectly
