[BUG] Trees appear on paths and roads in forested landuse areas

Describe the bug In locations where landuse that generates trees and grass overlaps with footways and highways, the trees and grass will appear on top of these features.

Used bbox area 26.553119 -80.082908 26.557610 -80.078895

Arnis and Minecraft version Arnis 2.2.0 Minecraft 1.21.4
