[BUG] Different heights of buildings are not taken into account
Describe the bug Arnis does not use information about the height of individual parts of buildings, and it seems to use only the height of the entire building, although for buildings of different heights it may not be specified in Open Street Map. For the building described in the description of this problem, the number of floors is not indicated on the main page of the house, but it is indicated on a separate part (12 floors). After generating a building in Arnis, in my world, the building turns out to be only 2 floors high. This error was also observed on many other houses and they had the same signs - the main and separate parts having different heights. These buildings are easy to spot when flying around the created city, they will be noticeably lower than the surrounding buildings.
