arnis docs(README): add Arch Linux installation instructions

hey. i (and my friend) packaged arnis for arch linux :)

Yes. Anyone can be the maintainer the Arch package

I opened a PR here to include this code snippet https://github.com/louis-e/arnis/pull/127

If that gets merged then you won't need to patch anymore 👍🏼
