Not Downloading File shared folder

Hello, When I click download after selecting a file, I choose a working directory and the program is saying please wait 30 seconds and nothing happen Capture d’écran 2020-12-03 020850 and it's adding : Name Size Capture d’écran 2020-12-03 021035 I hope you can help me
