Notes field always gets filled

For a while now the Notes field is always filled automatically, I presume with the site's <meta name="description"> value.

Please provide a configuration option to disable that. I see it can be super useful but I prefer it the way it worked before because all the descriptions clutter up my list on https://pinboard.in/ itself :D
