Join a space button isn't doing anything

Just installed the extension and the "Join a space..." button is not doing anything. This also comes after i just started seeing an error with the live share extension as being tracked here https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/live-share/issues/3178. I'm not sure if this is related, as i've just started using this extension.

I am seeing the same behavior of Join a space... doing nothing when I click it, but I am not seeing any other Live Share errors. Everything seems to be functional other than that.

I see that output

Command 'Live Share Spaces: Join Space' resulted in an error (command 'liveshare.joinSpace' not found)

After a while I can see hiventeam who added me but still can not join any "space"

Experiencing the same issue of not getting anything when clicking Join a space... No errors, etc. Thanks

Update: Ran the: Live Share Spaces: Join Space and got the error "Command 'Live Share Spaces: Join Space' resulted in an error (Running the contributed command: 'liveshare.joinSpace' failed.)"
