[Code scanning] Display details about the last analysis run

The code scanning page on github.com displays the details of the last analysis run (e.g. time it was run, # of lines scanned, etc.), and it would be valuable to show some of this metadata within the Security view. At a minimum, the "latest scan" time could be useful.
