Modified files aren't being processed

For some reason, files with a git status of "Modified" aren't being processed through the usual workflow. I am using this extension within my Foam Notes workspace, so have Auto-Save on, as well as all the auto processing options.

But for whatever reason, as I make updates to notes, it is not processing them automatically, I can only assume as they have the "Modified" status.
