Allow hiding right click menu options

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I like having only stuff that I use regularly in my right click menu.

Describe the solution you'd like I would love an hideContextMenuOptions: boolean setting to be able to hide these.

Describe alternatives you've considered Learn to ignore them, or delete the extension. Unless there is already a way to hide these.

Additional context I'm open to creating a PR for this, when I'm sure of the scope of it and that you would be open to it or an alternative to it. Maybe it can have more granularity on what options the user could hide rather than a boolean.

For example maybe I find much more useful creating a Gist from a selection than pasting from a gist directly.

Which context menu options are you interesting in seeing hidden? The ones on the editor?

Closing this as inactive, and the fact that I'm hesitant to make UI changes without a larger amount of feedback. That said, please reopen this if you think this is a big blocker, and you think there's a non-intrusive way we can clean up the UI. Thanks!
